Ender 3 Direct Drive 60mm Fan
thingiverse
I just upgraded my Ender 3 to Direct Drive and my old cooler no longer fit. I designed a new cooler and blower specifically for the Ender 3, which accommodates a 60mm fan to keep noise levels low. It also happens to look pretty bad. To print this design without supports, follow the orientation shown in the pictures. Mounting the new cooler is simple: just use the two screws from your original cooler and then secure the blower unit to the cooler with two small wood screws. I've included STP files for the project, so feel free to modify them as you see fit. If you make any changes, please post them as a remix. The Direct Drive kit I used is available here: https://www.fargo3dprinting.com/products/ender-3-direct-drive-upgrade-kit/.
