UPDATE: I created a fresh STL file and uploaded the STEP model. Some users pointed out that the scaling was incorrect. I loaded the new STL in both CURA and IDEAMAKER, and both slicers successfully processed the file. The correct dimensions should be 66.3 x 58 x 12.5. The new files were dated January 3rd, 2018. Here's my take on a Creality Ender 3 dial indicator mount. I tested another mount but it didn't meet my expectations. So, I designed this one from scratch in Onshape. I added corner relief holes and a 2mm x 10-degree chamfer to the leading edge for better placement on the Ender. I'm using an analog Harbor Freight dial indicator. Instead of attaching it to the neck, I chose a direct mount by removing the back plate and reusing the factory screws.
