We had one Ender 3 since it was released. Due to many things going wrong with it (User Error) we decided to use what ever parts out of it we could in order to create a CNC machine keeping the cost as low as possible. In case any one else has a dead printer and wants to re-purpose it here are the files we created. Since we are still improving things we will be changing the files regularly.
