Ender 3 (+CR10?) Fan Duct Ring
thingiverse
Added a new nozzle with enhanced airflow capabilities by incorporating an extra model featuring larger slots into the original design. I'm particularly fond of nghtshd's Fan Mount, which seamlessly integrates onto the standard extruder housing. However, the duct wasn't exactly what I had envisioned - I prefer when parts are thoroughly cooled all around. To address this issue, I merged Filboyt's fan duct ring with nghtshd's duct to create an additional nozzle that slides effortlessly into the Fan Mount. Unfortunately, Filboyt's original duct didn't mesh well with my stock fan, so I opted for a 5015 fan without the need for intricate modifications. The modified duct fits snugly into the fan mount from nghtshd and is secured in place with a screw. Please note that my fabrication skills are somewhat limited due to time constraints and a lack of patience - I used Tinkercad exclusively for this project. Feel free to experiment with this design at your own risk, as it has functioned flawlessly on both of my E3 machines.
