thingiverse
This is a bowden tube coupler for Creality Ender-3/CR-10 type extruder with threaded part made from KJH04-M6 bowden tube fitting. Strong and reliable grip of a bowden tube is achieved by using a collet piece pressed by a threaded nut. Because the M6 threaded part is too small to be printed strong enough a metal part cut from a KJH04-M6 fitting is used instead to get a strong M6 threaded part.Hotend side is published here.To make this thing you will need:KJH04-M6 bowden tube fitting (you may already have 1 or 2 in your Ender-3 parts kit)Some tools to cut KJH04-M6 fitting:Hacksaw and vice is great, but something like a metal file will also do fine because the fitting walls are very thin. Also a bit of sandpaper will be nice to have.3D printer capable of printing 0.1 mm layer height.A bit of superglue to glue in the metal part.
