I'm going to reach out to the manufacturer and see if they can provide a screw bit with a thinner diameter. This will allow for a tighter fit between the screw head and the nozzle, making it easier to secure the screw in place. I'll also extend the air outlet so that it's closer to the hotend nozzle, which should improve airflow and reduce any potential clogs.
