Ender 3 corner brace - Neverender project
thingiverse
This corner brace replaces the power supply on the frame. There are two key reasons for this change. 1. The power supply originally hangs from the side of a Z-axis frame causing it to wobble when printing tall objects. Simply remove it. You can repurpose the power supply as the base for a CR10-style control box (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3751580). 2. With this unused space now available, consider using it to reinforce your printer and minimize Z-axis wobble. You will need 10 T-nuts and corresponding bolts for this project. The holes in the side of the brace are large enough to accommodate a hex key provided with the Ender 3. Remember to show appreciation for the original creators whose work I've built upon for this remix. This corner brace is part of a larger project called Neverender, my goal being to optimize the Ender 3 without discarding it or buying a Prusa.
