Ender 3 Copperhead PH2 fan duct
thingiverse
I recently purchased the Slice engineering Copperhead PH2 hotend for my Creality Ender 3. After installing it, the nozzle is much lower than with the stock hotend, causing the stock cooling fan duct to blow on the heat block instead of the tip of the nozzle. Slice engineering does provide customers with a free file for an extended fan duct. However the one they provide does not seem to deliver adequate part cooling. It took me about 14 attempts but I finally managed to make a fan duct mod optimised for the Copperhead PH2 hotend with the help of the modded fan duct by ChipCE. It is still not perfect but it provides much better cooling than the fan duct provided by Slice Engineering. I was concerned about printing it out of PLA at first but there don't seem to be any issues despite the ducts proximity to the heat block. It works well for me. I hope it does for you as well.
