Ender 3 CONVERSION for e3d v6

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JACKWATERFALL FOR CREATING THIS AMAZING GEOMETRY!!! 3-9-2019 UPDATE. PICTURES ADDED OF NEW GANTRY AND ADDED SUPPORT ON FAN DUCT I've made some significant modifications to the x carriage mounting system as it utilizes the original ender 3 x carriage gantry. Another issue I noticed with this design is that the loop at the top tends to scrape along my cables, so I decided to go with a sleek arc at the top with holes for zip ties. I've made some small QoL changes to the pieces as well, like adding an extra 3mm nut holder for the fan shroud. I also experimented with the original fan shroud for a more directed airflow path, positioned 4 mm below the nozzle. This didn't change the orientation, so you can still print flat sides against the bed if you want... or with the e3d mounts along the layers for best strength like they are right now. If people enjoy this enough, I may add other auto bed leveling sensor mounts, but we'll see how that goes. I'm getting black petg in the mail soon, so I'll be posting screenshots as soon as I get it from Amazon. Version one is currently on my ender 3 (in the photos). It took two trials to get it there and now I've refined it for the ender 3. I also can't find that front part someone made with integrated 360 cooling of the nozzle. I have the following parts: E3D V6 LITE 30MM FAN FOR HEATSINK 5015 LUBED BEARING BLOWER FAN 12MM 5V INDUCTIVE SENSOR EINSY RETRO FULL ENDER 3 STOCK FRAME I'm trying to convert most features of a prusa i3 for as cheap as possible to my ender 3. I have models built up for an integrated extruder/ filament sensor runnout in the making with a sleep design that fits into the existing ender 3 extruder mounts. When I get to printing the final version, I'll include a guide on how to put things together. The only differences here between this one and jackwaterfalls xcarriage is that the 2 screws holding on the front end clamp are a bit longer than intended, so I shortened the recess in it to accommodate. I've been obsessed with converting my ender 3 to close as a prusa mk3 as possible without the massive price spike it comes with. This is still a work in progress and any feedback would be appreciated as I spent a little time getting the measurements right to fit the stock ender 3 carriage as possible. The only part about this carriage that some people might find discouraging is that you must take apart the entire assembly because this x carriage uses the hex screws used to hold the bearing wheels, which I found much more stable and virtually no play in the system.
