Ender 3 Control Board Fan Cover Bat
thingiverse
I designed a control board fan cover for my Ender 3 using Fusion 360, inspired by my bat and crescent moon logo. The design prioritized accommodating the machine's movement while maintaining airflow and creating a more bat-like appearance rather than just a box with bat shapes. It does not require new screws as it was intended to utilize the existing ones. However, I might revise it in the future because the screw holes are about 1-2mm too far apart, making it slightly difficult to attach securely. A one-piece raft was necessary for printing due to the nozzle catching the wings before they bridged, resulting in my first print getting knocked loose. Supports might have been helpful in hindsight, but I was still experimenting with my printer's capabilities at that time. I hope you enjoy using this design and would appreciate it if you shared any successful prints with me.
