Ender 3 Clip-On Spool Holder
thingiverse
This is a simple spool holder that I designed for my Ender 3 Pro. It uses 5x11x4mm ball bearings commonly used in RC cars. This makes it quick to print (~ 2hrs) and doesn't require any support material. I printed all parts at 100% infill aside from the 40mm bars at 40%. Print two 40mm bars and one of each of the clips. I used four bearings but it will work with two. The position of the bearings along the bars does not matter. A filament guide works well with this project but is not required. The orientation shown in some of the .stl files is incorrect. The parts will have to be flipped in your slicer to have the largest surface area on the build plate.
