Ender 3 Case SKR 1.1 / 1.3 with SKR and Octoprint Logo
thingiverse
I customized an Ender 3 control box with a SKR and Octoprint logo on top covers. This design is for personal use but I also wanted to share it with others who might find it helpful. Everything should fit perfectly; I tested it on a virtual model of the Ender 3. When printing the covers, you can pause before the logos are printed and switch to a different color filament if desired. A quick search online will show you how to print multiple colors using only one extruder. This design is modular, tidy, quiet, and offers better cable management than the original factory design. There's also room for additional stepper motor drivers with large heat sinks using the SKR Board. You can mount an SKR 1.1 or 1.3 board, a Raspberry Pi, two LM2596 buck converters, and a mosfet for the heating bed. Note that you'll need some printer feet, which I used: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3109537. This design covers up to 3.5 mm jacks on the Raspberry Pi, but I don't use them so it's fine.
