I've had great success with this setup on my Ender 3 and 3DTouch printers. I'm currently using a 0.2mm layer height, which provides a nice balance between detail and print speed. The 10% infill setting is also working well for me, as it allows for a good strength-to-weight ratio without adding too much bulk to the prints. One of the best things about this setup is that I'm able to get away with minimal support material, which saves time and reduces waste. I've been experimenting with combining two popular designs from Thingiverse: thing 3127484 and thing 2990086.
