Ender 3 Cable Chain Mount

This is a remix of thing 4032011. The search within the remix area is broken or I would have the link here.

The previous part offsets the chain attachment way off to the right side which made it bump up against the right side extrusion making the part kinda useless.

This remix allows the carriage to go all the way to both ends of the X axis as well as making it way easier to mount a switch at the right side of the X axis gantry for a 3D Chameleon.

I used 3D Coat to voxelize the original thing's mesh file. Next I used the split tool and cut off the cable attachment. I slid it to the center of the mounting bar then booleaned them back together. Last I smoothed all the contact seams.

I printed mine in Snolabs PC+.

Print Settings

Printer:

CloneR1Duet

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

200

Infill:

20

Filament:
PolyMaker PLA

Category: 3D Printer Parts
