These are Bowden fittings specifically designed for the Ender 3. The Ender bowden extruder has several issues, one of which is that the standard fittings don't securely grip the Bowden tube, causing it to shift back and forth freely. As a result, excessive retraction is required to prevent dripping and stringing during printing. These custom-designed fittings provide a snug fit for both the extruder and hotend components. To achieve optimal tension on the tube, simply tighten the nut slightly, mark a reference point, print a test object, and carefully observe whether the tube moves or remains still. If it does move, further tightening is necessary to secure a firm grip without damaging the tube.
