Ender 3 bowden tube lock (clamp), strong
thingiverse
Hello, I found similar bowden tube lock on this site, but it was very fragile and it tends to crack when overtightened. I designed my own bowden tube lock which uses one 3 mm width zip tie and it's rock solid (don't mind another zip tie on the photo). Fits almost every M6 connector with 8-8,1 mm diameter flange (part where is no thread) and if it's up to 14 mm long (measurements are on the photos). Before tightening zip tie you should clean cut your tube first and insert with quick, strong movement to the coupler, then put locking ring onto coupler (or use zip tie). Insert your filament and gently tighten zip tie to the point where filament moves freely inside tube, but tube is visually compressed by zip tie. Don't overtighten it or you will encounter extruder skipping, underextrusion or other problems. It does not fit to M10 coupler from hotend side. Please post a make if my work helped you, thanks.
