Ender 3/Bondtech Dual gear extruder cover with wire holder

The cap-on cover for RED dual gear extruder for ender 3 / ender 3 v2. If you have upgraded your extruder with red alloy dual gear extruder, this cover is just to hide RED thingy on blue 3d printer (which was looking odd for me), also it adds lost wire harness holder which original extruder had and also it prevents dust accumulation on gear teeths ;) ### Instruction for V3 Print gear shaft vertically, gear at print bed side. After print internet gear shaft at the port provided from inside. use grease for the shaft, insert visualizer to the shaft from top of the cover, It will be bit tight, scratch visualizer hole & shaft if required. Remove MC4 connector, put the cap on, ensure visualizer gear is engaged with extruder motor gear by feeling the friction of visualizer to rotate it. Put the coupler back on, You are good to go… ### Variants - **V1: Cap on cover with exposed exit** - **V2: Complete cover with MC4 connector hole** - **V3: Complete cover, MC4 Connector hole with Visualizer** ### Updates **Update V3:** Added Visualizer, gear shaft and modified extruder cover ;) **Update V2:** Added Full cover which will need of removing bowden coupler while putting the cap on, but it covers remaining red part as well ;)
