ENDER-3 BOARD FAN COVER no supports easy print
thingiverse
I began creating a protective shield for filament and/or other items that would fall and jam the board fan. To ensure optimal performance, I designed smaller intakes that allow for smoother airflow. After several prints and careful measurements, I developed a design that uses approximately 15 grams in total and can be printed and assembled in under an hour. The design also features easy maintenance access and a clear view of the fan and board's blue light. The final part includes a lid that opens easily, along with a biohazard print made from black and transparent filament. I also added a mandalorian helmet design for good measure. This design is completely free to use, and I would be thrilled to see how you remix my second cover, which has no logo. Feel free to adopt your own design or modify it as you see fit. When searching for fan covers online, keep in mind that some designs may have narrow holes that can harm the fan. To avoid this issue, look for covers with adequate intake holes for smooth airflow.
