Ender 3 BMG Mount for Pico Hybrid

Rudimentary mount for the Pico Hybrid using a BMG and a BLTouch. Reverse-engineered from `capacitor`'s `design (see remix source), which was a good start, but evidently never tested in the real world as the screws didn't even reach through the motor mount... But hey at least the geometry excludes ductwork for a part fan, which cleans it up to the point of actually making sense for a Pico install. As a bonus, the area above the BLTouch is a beautiful area for cable management. You will need to use the Pico part fan if you want part fan capabilities **PLEASE NOTE!!!** The BLTouch mount blocks one of the BMG bolts (see red circle in the thumbnail pics). It still fits in the motor mount hole, but you cannot tighten it. I tried to create an arc in the BLTouch mount to allow for an allen wrench to fit this, however this created a weak point when any deflection occurred that snapped through six perimeters with extreme ease, so I opted instead to obscure the hole. This does NOT affect printing operation at all from extensive testing. If a three-bolt secured mount is important to you, and you wish to modify the design, I strongly suggest putting brass heated inserts on the main surface, and bolting on the BLTouch (or inductive probe etc.) from the front, threading into the inserts. This would allow for bolting of the main plate to the extruder carriage first, then assembling the BMG and Pico, then mounting the BLTouch last.
