Ender 3 BMG Direct Drive with BL Touch Mount

This is a remix of the Drivinator and one or two more, designed to work with the dual gear BMG style extruders, and I added a mount point for BL Touch style ABL probe (I used to have the 3D Touch probe installed until my BTT SKR Mini E3 V2.0 died and I had to switch back to my original Creality board). You will have to extend the stepper motor wires. The stepper motor mounting holes are slotted so the short PTFE tubing doesn't have to an exact size, just make sure the ptfe tube is long enough to be tight between the extruder and hotend. To print I used tree support touching build plate.
