Ender 3 bigger dual drawers

thingiverse

This is a custom design built from numerous modifications to the Ender 3 drawer framework. It boasts an enlarged footprint while utilizing the same quantity of filament as its original counterpart, which was found to be excessively small and excessively filament-hungry. To ensure proper stability, additional spacer feet are required, and I highly recommend incorporating them into your build. I use TPU printed feet from Thingiverse's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3558080. The design still accommodates sufficient clearance for ribbon cables if needed. In the accompanying image, you can observe a comparison between the original and enlarged versions of the drawer. Note that while it appears not to be touching the ground, this ultimately depends on the size of your rubber feet in use. Given my printing parameters involved fast settings with hot temperatures, I encountered warping and imperfect dimensions during the build process. However, with careful attention to detail and optimal settings, you should be able to achieve a flawless result.
