Update 20/11/21: One iss I had (not with these brackets in particular) was my smooth rod would shift across and push the bearing out towards the 2GT pulley - this had no functional impact but aesthetically it wannoying seeing the bearing come out of the socket. May if left long enought he smooth rod could migrate too much. The fix for me was simple - add a 8mm plastic spacer on either side of the 2GT pulley for both mounts to sandwich the pulley between the 2 bearings like: |B||s||==||s||B|, |B| = bearing, |s| = 8mm spacer, |==| = 2GT pulley. This creates more friction and keeps everything tightly bound together without affecting the movement of the pulley (since it all turns with the bearings) _____________________________________________________________ The original brackets are a nice design - I added a few changes as the heads of the bolts for the top 2020 extrusion protrude slightly and therefore when screwing down from a single point in the middle it tended to make the top two bearings collapse inwards. The bearings would then be like / /===\ \ rather than being ||===||. (hope you can appreciate my rudimentary description). To fix this, I added two round cutouts roughly above the heads of the bolts (which probably by themselves are enough), and then I also bridged the gap to stiffed up the overall structure - which is likely not needed but has made them very solid. The corners of the print have a tendency to warp though it's unlikely to affect the overall dimensions. I'd suggest printing with a brim if you don't have extremely good adhesion. Printed in Sunlu PETG at 235deg.
