Ender 3 Belt bed extender
thingiverse
450mm bed extender for the Creality Ender 3 Belt printer. I have included 2 different roller designs, one is a full cylinder with a bearing pin on one end printed separately, the other is split in half for printing on the belt printer itself. In the photo's, I have the split roller in the middle and the pinned rollers on each end. I did not glue the split roller, it is simply held together by the bearings. Everything except the EXTENDER_LEG_GRIP and EXTENDER_LEG_FOOT are printed in eSun PLA+. The grips and feet are printed in TPU. All of the joints use heat set brass inserts, if you want to screw directly into the plastic, please let me know in the comments and I will modify the files. You will need the following hardware: 12 3X4X4 brass inserts, 6 for the faceplate, 4 for the bed plate, 2 for the extender feet. 6 3X16mm socket head screws for the face plate 4 3X6mm socket or button head screws for the bed plate 2 3X6mm button head screws for the extender feet 2 5X8mm socket head screws and 2 M5 hammer-heat t-slot nuts to attach to the printer 6 608 bearing for the rollers
