Ender 3 Bed Universal Camera Mount

If you've got a camera on your printer, you're looking for an amazing timelapse using the built-in "timelapse" of octopi. Or if you use an external camera without a Raspberry Pi and want a static image of your bed while printing, then this Ender 3 mod is just what you need! This model attaches directly to your printer bed, locking it in place even when it's moving. It uses the right bed screw to stay secure and goes under the right spring. The design has some small slots underneath, so if you're using a bed handle like me, this camera mount will fit perfectly over it. The model comes with two files: base.stl is the piece attached to the bed, almost 20cm long with a hole at the end for an M5 screw. CamRiser.stl is the piece where you attach your camera, a small hexagon with a hole for the M5 screw and a slot for an M5 nut to lock it in place. I made two pieces so you can rotate this and center the camera view at the build plate's center, then secure it with the M5 screw. This piece also has a flat top without any mounting system, letting you use the proper mounting system for your camera. In the photo, I used a GoPro-like mounting system. If your camera has an M5 mounting system underneath, you can print just the base and attach the camera directly to it through the hole at the end. It'll be a bit lower than with the riser, so feel free to experiment! Also, if you want to put it on the left side of the printer, I didn't since I have a tablet there (you can find that model on my page if interested), but you may just need to flip the model horizontally. The Ender 3 plate under the bed is symmetric, so it should fit without any issues.
