This replacement level knob is designed for the Creality Ender 3 printer. It consists of two parts - top and bottom - featuring a space for a captured nylon M4 lock nut. The intended method of assembly involves gluing these two pieces together, securing the nut inside. The photo showcases printed and assembled parts in red, displayed alongside original level knobs. I have successfully used these on my printer over the last month, printing them with PLA. They function without any issues. Initially, I anticipated that they would demand more force to adjust than stock level knobs due to the nylon lock nut. However, this difference is imperceptible even with just finger pressure. Nonetheless, I'm releasing these replacement parts in case anyone else finds them useful.
