Ender 3 Bed Handle with C270 Camera Arm

Variour's Camera arm was good, but i found that I did not like that it could swivel around as it was easily moved if bumped. I went looking for someway that i could secure it, and found gordineerpeter's Bed handle and decided to marry the two parts. I also wanted a way to easily change the vertical angle of the camera for larger prints, so i reworked that part of the arm to include its own little z-screw. i am working on a way to make this "spring loaded" so that it always sits as low as the screw is set (i think a rubber band tied through the hole below it on the arm would work) The original part was too big to reliably print, so i had to split it in two parts which can be screwed/glued together. the holes are sized for m3 screws. All parts should print in the orientations they are in their respective STLs, Use supports on the hand side of the bed handle, but block any supports where it slots onto the Y carriage. The camera arm retains the slot from variour's design for the LED bar, but i didn't include that part with this
