A Simple Upgrade for Ender 3 Bed Handles: Larger Screw Holes for M3x20mm Screws. I swapped out the original holes for larger ones that fit M3x20mm screws since my supply of M2s ran dry. I highly recommend tapping the threads into each piece separately before assembling to avoid any thread damage, and use a drill at a slow pace to prevent overheating the plastic. I printed mine using PC material to ensure it can withstand high temperatures, but if you don't plan on running your bed at extremely hot settings, you might get away with using a less heat-resistant material.
