I craved a more exact pressure from the bed springs. Instead, I designed an entirely new system from scratch. My goal is to create a type of shock absorber specifically for the bed. The design prints in PLA and Kungfu flex, allowing me to achieve the perfect balance between softness and pushback. I opted for TPU Kungfu flex soft (A85) for the bulb, providing a smooth, flexible surface. Printing on my Ender 3 at 25mm/s ensured precise results. The stir pipe is constructed from PLA with 50% infill, offering added strength without compromising on weight. The filename clearly indicates how many units you need to print.
