Ender 3 Anti Snag Endcap

I greatly appreciated Nerys' design, but wasn't in the mood for fiddling with screws. I incorporated factory-style end caps into his design to transform this part into a direct push-on component. The result is a precise fit that holds securely to the lower rail on my Ender 3. This modification has completely eliminated any cable snagging issues I was previously experiencing.
