Ender 3 and 3 V2 filament guide with teflon reinforcement

thingiverse

Teflon-reinforced filament guides for the Ender 3 V2 and original Ender 3 (and 3 Pro?) based on FlintWeiss's small filament guide. Teflon has been added at the primary filament friction point, with material sourced from something we all already have: 1cm of teflon Bowden tube. (Or from any direct replacement. Regardless, we all get some of this with the printer, so this gets teflon into the design without having to buy anythings separately.) This change should allow much longer survival of the filament guide, particularly with abrasive filaments, since the teflon will take a very long time to wear out. Also, the filament should feed with much less friction, hopefully helping prevent jams. >>**I DO NOT HAVE AN ORIGINAL ENDER 3, SO EXACT FIT OF THE ORIGINAL ENDER 3 VERSION OF THIS PART IS UNTESTED!** I was working on a version of Flint's guide for my Ender 3 V2 when I decided that before I change the footprint and attachment system to make a E3 V2-compatible remix, I should make and upload a version that should work with the original Ender 3. Which I think also means it works with the 3 Pro but I'm not 100% sure. The differences are that the 3V2 version doesn't have room for the vertical screw elevator shield (but does divert the filament away from the screw - that proximity has been bothering me) and I needed to change the location of the screw mounting hole. That's basically all, but it matters. If you have an Ender 3 or Pro and you try that version, please let me know how it works!
