Ender 3 mainboard cover designed specifically for 60x60x25mm fans. Avoids the wire connectors on BigTreeTech SKR Mini E3 V2.0, Y-axis carriage wheels, and bed leveling screws altogether. The fan recess features a rounded edge for added strength. I deliberately chose not to integrate a fan grill design to prevent air flow blockages or noise-inducing turbulence. To ensure proper wire management inside the case, you must be meticulous about keeping wires away from slipping into the fan blades. Typically, the sides of the fan will keep wires in place, but additional zip ties are provided to secure them on the sides of the case. Changing infill settings may result in minimal differences in print time or actual infill since most dimensions are between 2mm and 3mm. I used a moderate setting of 50%, but as low as 20% would also be suitable. Mount this cover using regular thread-forming fan screws that usually come with retail fans. The screw holes are countersunk to ensure a flush fit.
