This is a versatile adapter designed for a wide range of applications. Installing it has resulted in a significant enhancement to print quality. The adapter makes it easier for the Extruder Motor to draw out filament from the spool by reducing the gap between the holder and the spool, preventing sudden jumps in filament tension and providing a smoother flow at the nozzle. To further optimize filament pull uniformity, consider mounting the spool holder on the side of your printer. This will effectively lower the maximum print height to around 18cm, but the improved print quality is well worth it! Note: The adapter does not come with its own stopper. Instead, the threaded one that comes with your ender-3 serves as a stop for the adapter, but not for the spool. As a result, the spool may fall off the holder, which happened once in my case. My suggestions are: * Create a cardboard cutout with an inner diameter of 25mm and an outer diameter of 100mm. * Design and print your own stopper by resizing this model and gluing it together with the adapter: scale X and Y axes to 135%, and Z axis to 5%. * Secure a pencil to the holder using tape, as I did. In all cases, use the threaded stopper provided with your ender-3.
