I recently upgraded my Ender 5 Plus to a Micro Swiss direct drive extruder. The provided 6" arm needed to be top mounted and facing the center of the build plate. I tried to rotate it and put in one screw, and it worked for smaller objects, but with large front to back movement it was unspooling. Raising it up 6" will take care of this problem, and rotate it at the same time.
