Ender 3 40mm Rail Feet

Designed some feet to re-use the original rubber pads, but raise the machine about 50mm. A lot of the feet I found used a soft material allowing the machine to lean and move, but I wanted rigidity. They tightly slide onto the rail, and I incorporated a set screw to lock them in place as well. These did the trick perfectly! As a side note, they quiet the bottom fan down a bit by allowing more clearance for air flow.
