Ender 3 360° Stock Fan Nozzle Mod - Better Air Flow
thingiverse
I modified the printer to eliminate support, enhanced airflow, and redirected it towards the printed object. I also relocated the hole a bit to fit my nozzle perfectly - the original was touching it. EDIT: After multiple prints, I decided to abandon this modification. The silicon sock on the Ender-3's nozzle provides minimal heat isolation, causing the duct to overheat quickly. The duct became so hot that it couldn't be touched after some time of printing. Air inside heated rapidly, rendering cooling ineffective. I recommend using my other remix of a different duct instead - my modification can be found in the comments (Fan_Mod_New_Version_Ender-3_v3.stl): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2814127/comments Or here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3365114 This revised version heats up less from the silicon sock, resulting in cooler air exiting the duct - with lower air pressure hitting the print, but still better than the stock design.
