Ender 3: 3 Point Bed Levelling
cults3d
This is a three point bed levelling mod for the Ender 3 range of printers. The additional fixings/hardware required are identified in the instruction PDF. Any questions about hardware? What material I printed it with? Read the PDF! There's pictures and everything! If you only ever print with a cold or slightly warmed bed then yes, PLA will be fine, and the Bed_Rail doesn't actually touch the bed. If you print with high bed temperatures or in an enclosure then a temperature resistant filament is a good idea. Modification of the Y carriage is required, but the mod is completely reversible. It isn't a magic bullet for a warped bed, but it will allow easier and more accurate bed levelling once you get the hang of using three point of adjustment rather than four. I've been using this with zero issues for some time, and it's a great addition to my Wide Y Rail mod. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3598950 16/7/19: Don't try printing using this mod printed with CF PETG at 110° bed in an enclosure...ask me how I know.
