Ender 2 Pro Hot-End Fan Mount with CR-Touch / BL-Touch mount

The stock Ender 2 Pro fan and housing works fine, but it's impossible to see the nozzle while printing.  Also needed a mount for the CR-Touch/BL-Touch. Had one for the stock setup and worked great, but this fan mount interfered with it since it used the same mounting holes.Mixed in my CR-Touch mount with Lautrec_996's 45 degree fan mount.Let me know if you'd like me to mix in the mount to one of the other fan mounts. Offsets are #define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { -35.5, -18.5, 4.3 }
