Ender-2 LCD case
thingiverse
Update: One person has complained about the LCD ribbon connector not fitting. I don't know why that is but I have added a post-processing picture to show how my connector just fits without interference. Please compare your parts before printing this enclosure. This design is intended to set the Ender-2 LCD at an angle to make it more readable. I looked at other designs but couldn't find one that totally enclosed the electronics so I made this. I wanted to use the LCD screw holes in the original cover for mounting the new housing so this was achieved by designing the front and rear mounting bars. Assembly: 4 self tapping screws into blind holes on the case underside are used to fix the LCD into the housing. 2 self tapping screws are used to hold the rear fixing bar to the original case from below. 2 self tapping screws are used to hold the front fixing bar to the original case from below. The LCD case slides onto the the front bar. 2 self tapping screws are used to hold the LCD case onto the rear fixing bar.
