Ender 2 Bottom assembly for power supply
thingiverse
Hello everyone, This design is my contribution to the Ender2, aimed at creating an integrated power supply holder/cover and incorporating the Duet3D Maestro. The goal is to bring some much-needed wiring organization into the design. Check out the design here: https://a360.co/2PtTN0d Main features and benefits: - Printable on Ender2 - Side-mounted 60mm fan - Noctua - Wiring culture implemented - Power connector with switch included - Reuse as many holes as possible from the original plate Some drilling into the base plate is required - please check the parts list for details. When it comes to power supply, there are three options: - Keep it as is with a loud fan - Cut a hole in the PSU cover and use my design with a side-mounted fan - Remove the PSU cover completely and use my design with a side-mounted fan My other designs that can be used together: Compatible with Ender2 Top assembly - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4054861 Required parts: 4x Rubber legs with holes for M5 screws - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32881357695.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dASM2dd - 60mm Noctua fan, 12V - Power connector (opening has a 48x28mm hole with two M3 mounting holes spaced 40mm apart) - Unspecified amount of: - M3 Countersunk screws, 6-22mm long - M3 screws, 6-22mm long - M3 nuts - M5x18 screws with low heads (max 3.5mm) to secure the parts together - M5 screws compatible with your rubber legs (in my case, they are 30mm long)
