Endcaps for wire shelving

We have some versatile enamel-coated wire shelves in two of our closets, and ours feature a slot on each side where you can place a hanger that can easily slide off the end of the shelf. These are designed to snap securely onto the shelf with minimal effort - I haven't even had to use glue as they're that secure. You may need to adjust your print settings slightly to get them to work properly on yours.
