I designed a 30x30 frame for my "Anevo", with and without logo in .stls. This includes step and fusion files. No support was necessary. I printed it upside down, using 0.2 layer thickness, 0.4 nozzle size at two wall thicknesses, completely hollow (except the first layers). Be happy.
