Endcap for 4" Tubing

This is a reusable endcap for standard 4" inner Diameter Cardboard Tube with .15" thick sidewalls for shipping and storage. In the event that you need to ship a container with a particularly heavy object inside and don't want to worry about the object popping through the ends. The endcap is slightly under sized for the ID to allow for ease of cap removal as well as has a lip for prying if required. In the event that you want a tighter fit it is sized to allow a standard size roll of electrical tape to be wrapped around the cap to add a tighter seal. An inside taper was added to allow improved fitment. After printing you will need to install this cap on your cardboard tube and drill screw holes from the outside of the cardboard and into the endcap for screws for improved secure fit. 9/15 - Updated for Strength
