End Stop Y Prusa

End Stop Y Prusa

I made some changes to fit perfectly on a Prusa Steel printer, updated images and STL files (August 3rd, 2016). This is one of my reinforced parts for a Prusa printer, thicker and with more rounded edges, attached to an 8mm rod by one screw. It has a designed brim that's easy to remove with a cutter. This brim helps prevent warping better than a slicer-created brim because it's a solid layer, not just grouped lines. It was designed for the mechanical end stop 1.2 shown in the last picture. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa Steel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 60% Notes: 60% infill, 2 solid layers at the bottom and top, 2 perimeters, printing ABS with a temperature range of 270°C-90°C. Post-Printing: Remove the brim using a cutter. Smooth out the surface as much as desired by sanding.
