This creation was designed using Tinkercad, a web-based CAD software. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/iEVeZXeHmcL. I built this modification to enhance a basic lumber stand by adding rollers made from cheap materials. I utilized 1.5-inch PVC pipe but needed a solution to secure the attachment, and Tinkercad proved to be just the tool for the task. The print turned out perfectly, although removing supports required about five minutes of work. PLA was used in this instance, but ABS would likely offer greater durability. This design requires ten screws, each measuring 10/32 x 1 inch, along with a washer and nut. Place the screw on the beveled side of the plug (the bottom surface) and secure it once the plug is inserted into the PVC pipe, ensuring that the PVC pipe is in place. Note: To minimize supports, I printed this design upside down by 180 degrees. You can either print it as is or flip it over according to your preference.
