End Mill Holder - Inch Sizes
prusaprinters

I bought a set of end mills that came without any kind of storage holder. As a quick solution I just drilled a bunch of holes in a scrap of wood - it sort of worked. Today I finally got tired of that piece of junk and decided to 3D a better one.

This holder is for the following end mill sizes (in inches):

3/16

1/4

5/16

3/8

7/16

1/2

9/16

5/8

11/16

3/4

For you metric folks out there - sorry, I don't have any metric end mills.

Print Instructions

Print in PLA using the 3mf or gcode files provided. These are set up to provide a contrasting filament color for the size markings, via filament switching. Otherwise :

0.2mmm layer height

perimeters=2

10% rectilinear infill

CAD

The OnShape 3D CAD files for this are here :

https://cad.onshape.com/documents/0d1c5234dd83b8eb1831c106/w/aa6526351350036c6dc59393/e/ec0b6dbc2053ea0eb8dc1d13
