I had a bunch of end mills laying around for which I (no longer) had cases to store them in, so I made some based off of existing end mill containers. I've printed every size and tested them; they work fine with PETG. If the fit is too loose or too tight change the outsize sleeve by 0.1 or 0.2 mm in the XY plane in your slicer. The first time you mate the two parts it will be a little difficult to do so, but subsequent insertions and removals will become easier. Other materials may also work; haven't tried. No post-processing required. **Extrusion width needs to be set to 0.50 mm** (in s3d). My prints also benefit from 1.20 mm coasting distance, but that depends on your setup and other settings. Available sizes: 6 mm x 100 mm 8 mm x 100 mm 10 mm x 100 mm 12 mm x 125 mm
