In Norway, it's common for every property to feature an outdoor Main Water Shutoff Valve (utendørs stoppekran). Given that the country frequently experiences below-freezing temperatures during winter, this valve is situated underground for protection. My valve, however, is positioned vertically inside a 110 mm PVC pipe. To prevent leaves and other debris from entering this pipe, I created this straightforward end cap.
