End Cap For Honda 300 4x4 to 2x4 Conversion

A one-off situation unfolded when a friend's Honda 300 4x4 required extensive engine repairs, ultimately deemed too costly to rebuild. Instead of investing time and resources, he decided to swap the engine with a two-wheel drive version. This unexpected move eliminated the need for front differential components but left him requiring an outboard shaft to secure the wheel. After removing the shaft, a solution was needed to cover the CV joint space - that's where I stepped in. The cap I designed fits snugly over the end of the outboard axle, clips securely into place within its designated groove, and features ample room for a zip strip to provide additional stability if necessary. While it's highly unlikely anyone will require this specific part, I've created it as a testament to the versatility of Sketchup in 3D printing - debunking the myth that this software is useless for such applications.
