This is a simple end cap for the Harbor Freight (Pittsburgh Automotive) Mechanics Roller Seat. I noticed my stool was missing one of these. I'm not sure if it got knocked around and lost during my last move, or if It got lost during general use. Normally, I'd consider a part such as this as cosmetic, however, my new home is in Oklahoma and mud daubers, hornets, red wasps, etc. are everywhere and looking for safe places to nest. These days I prefer that stinging insects find homes elsewhere.
