End cap for Bowflex Extreme SE 2
thingiverse
This is a replacement end cap I made for my Bow-flex Extreme SE 2, after a couple got lost during a long move. My first attempt at 3D design was a success. The original part is on the left in the picture and the one I printed is on the right. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Mini Select Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: My first print had no supports, but the fins that stick out had a little sag on the underside. However, it doesn't really matter since they don't touch anything. I did another print with supports and found that I preferred the version without supports after cleaning off the supports. How I Designed This I started by doing a simple sketch on paper and documenting the sizes of everything. Then, I used 123D Design to create it.
